Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return where the return is eligible under this policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it
Unused
With all original tags attached
In its original packaging

You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Changes to Your Order

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@bumpathleisure.com.

While we’ll do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee updates once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Pre-order items are excluded from this and cannot be changed or cancelled once confirmed.

Pre-Order Items

Please note that orders placed under our pre-order terms are unable to be changed, cancelled, or modified once confirmed.

This is because your item is secured and enters production shortly after your order is placed. If any changes are needed, this can be accommodated once you receive your order.

By purchasing a pre-order item, you agree to these terms.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at hello@bumpathleisure.com.

Returns must be approved before being sent back to Bump Athleisure. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide:

A return shipping label
Instructions on how and where to send your package

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

The item is defective
The item is damaged
You receive the wrong item

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a repair, replacement, or refund.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We also do not accept returns on:

Sale items
Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item (if eligible). Once your return is approved, you may place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be:

In the same condition as received
Unworn or unused
With tags attached
In original packaging

Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund
