  We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

• How long does shipping take?

  All orders placed before 12pm will be dispatched the same business day.

  Standard NZ wide shipping: 1-3 business days

  Rural Shipping: 2-5 business days

  You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

• Do you ship internationally?

  We're currently shipping within New Zealand only for our first launch. We hope to offer international shipping in the near future.

• How can I track my order?

  You will receive a tracking number and link via email once your order ships.
